No, sorry but 2514 Fritz 100% did not play moves like 11. ng1. Whatever combination of time you gave it, settings and hardware resulted in drastically reduced strength. Your deluding yourself if you believe otherwise. Doesnt mean you didnt play a nice game, just that you definitely did not beat Fritz playing at GM strength.
Ng1 is a good move, its a common idea to play f4 and to push e5..
