My immortal game

Sort:
CampoReal

I loved precise calculations and hanging pieces just to show off a little... Pure exhibition by black who showed how decisive can 86 point rating difference be ...

just an observation 15.h2+ had it been Bf3+ the discovered check would have been catastrophic and won the game right there on the spot.

Yup.

The game's a complete tardfight and the winner's pompous comments on his brilliant play are nauseating.

I'm not an expert by any means but my very minimal analysis of this game shows that white still had a very great fighting chance even close to the end of the game.
InfiniteFlash

actually, the OP played it quite well relatively speaking for the first 17 o r 18 moves i believe.

Despite not having 15. ... Bxf3+ on the board in a New York second?

GMVillads

what if black play hxg1

InfiniteFlash

Lol, okay fair enough.

FN_Perfect_Idiot

Bear in mind this was a bullet game so of course there will be a few mistakes.

SmyslovFan

It's rare that a person's best game they ever played, the one they want to be remembered by, is a bullet game.

GMVillads

I dont think the immortal game was bullet! You play good in bullet!

FN_Perfect_Idiot

Sorry it was 5 mins (duh, could have sworn otherwise till I looked it up). I'll upload another immortal played in bullet.

Tartarus_BW

Please dont upload another game

GMVillads

I find it funny how on 16 you apparently calcuate mate in 14 yet if it is mate in 14 it has to be forced you just made a couple of moves and your opponent blundered. To call Adolf's immortal game bumpf you have lost all respect you ever had. Also you call this guy easy before this game you played this guy 6 times and lost all of them and 5 of them were under 10 moves all in the time limit of 5 and 0

so please don't punish us and post another one or your "immortal" games.

Thats just your opinion, and an isolated one at that. This is my thread. If I was interested in someone else's immortal games I'd post in that thread...but I'm not so in short...keep your comments relevant please.

Faded-Vader
