My Worst Blunder

No offence but according to your rating(especially in blitz) how on earth could you miss that pawn in 30 minute game. Unbelievable.
Come on Omega, Kramnik mislooked a mate in one. No one can avoid blunders. No one can.
For JJ, I felt sorry blundering a queen like that. Thank you for your great game anyway!
Hopefully, you'll get over it in a decade or so...

Today I played a 30 minute game. I was up a knight in an endgame and I blundered a queen... (sort of)
Really sad game; I could've easily won. However, I was proud of my play before the blunder; I was really focused and played accurate moves. The game itself was really interesting, with some really weird positions during the game.
Please help analyse this game, and to see whether I missed any tactics or positional improvements during the game.
