If you want to keep your a2 pawn I'd consider rfxb1 qa3 bd4  that way you keep your pawn and your rook stays protected and you try to get rid of his good bishop. and if after rfxb1 qc3 just move the b rook somewhere and then move your a-rook (as the bishop a1-h8 diagonal is dangerous for your a-rook.

Are you sure it's a najdorf btw? looks more like a dragon to me. bd3 might be a slight inaccurcy. I usually play nc3 there. be3 doesn't strike me as  good move. You lose your b2 pawn and where's your compensation? Better play 9.c3 or 9.bxe4 and just come to grips that you've lost a pawn.  Your problems arose after f4. so instead of f4 play f3 or re1 (I'm no GM so there may be better moves)
