No voice from coach in review

I used to have the coach discuss the review of the previous game but has apparently done quiet. I have looked around my settings but I cannot find anywhere where I would have changed something. The game has sounds on, the speakers are working fine, and I have sounds enabled. I have looked for a "sound" button the UI but I cannot find one. Any help would be appreciated.

Try toggling the feature in settings,
If that doesn't work, try clearing the cache maybe! I wish this problem resolves in your part in earliest!

Yes, the issue is resolved, but I have no idea why. I lreset all my settings to default and rebooted my computer and it seemed to do the trick, but I still have no idea why is happened in the 1st place....most likely PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair)

Hi, the coach voice is not working for me. I tried clearing caches, switching buttons but nothing works. Apparently it is not a system issue because even in my mobile and desktop the coach stopped speaking. Is there any reason why this happens?

This is happening to me. It's not that he isn't talking it's that he's gone from explaining why a move is good to "saying" Nf3 is an inaccuracy or whatever. This makes the review a lot less helpful.

This is just happening to me, and it's annoying, I'm paying for a membership, but reviews aren't helpful anymore, I'm having this issue since a week ago

I fully agree, as a person with a membership I expect better

Same with me, is it a case of platinum member reviews being made less useful in the hope of pushing us to upgrade to diamond?

Good news for everyone, they have already fixed it, it looks like they have implemented something new on the review feature, that's why they broke it for a while

It does still work for me, you want to clear your web browser cache?
