your annotation to white's pawn advances on 5, 6, 7 are incorrect- they are perfectly fine. then you played 5... d6 which you annotate to saying "developing on the queenside". First of all, better is 5...d5 and secondly, in the king's indian defense you don't develop on the queenside! The attacks are directed towards the kingside, where the king is, naturally.
by move 8 white was winning - he had complete control over the queenside. You should have made things interesting with 8...c5!? intending to open the long diagonal, but of course white has 9. Bb2 to counter it.
Sorry for this harsh criticism, but from a KID Player like myself, I have to help you find the right path =)
Basically, when White plays e3, you should look for d5 or c5 pawn advances to break up his center.
