Opponent's attack fizzled, gave up when he had a won endgame

This was an odd one as I won on time in a losing position. My opponent seems to have lost interest when his attack fizzled out.

I need more practice in such endgames. I thought White's doubled pawn would be more of a weakness then it turned out to be.
