Ok I played against this strong opponent at this tournament. He was rated 2034, Around move 26 he offered me a draw... Was he being nice? or did I have something going on that could have promised me a win. I took the draw cause either way I was going to get rating points. But all input please, im open to all comments, concerns , questions what ever.

Simply put, you are easily winning and took a draw - he offered the draw hoping you'd take it. You're 2 pawns up with a strong attack and white has no compensation.

Ne3 looks pretty devastating to me, since 27.Qe2 Ne3 28.Nd1 Nxg2 29.Qxg2 f3 seems to win. If 28.Bxe3, then fxe3 29. Nd1 f4 undoubles your pawns, gives you a strong passer, and seems to keep the attack. Could be missing something, but it looks like your opponent had a really bad day and saw that he was almost hopelessly lost.

The straight up 27...f3 could be even better, dunno.

Harlanikin - I felt as though I was winning but wasnt to sure? he is the more experienced player. and Im only sitting at a rating of 1375 so I took the safe way. But could u be more clear how I was easily winning the beginning to me feel still rocky

Woodkiller - What if he decided t trade queens to get an open file for the rooks?

Not really in the mood for analysis right now. My point was more a general one in that intuitively I can tell that white doesn't have counterplay. Also, was it move 25 or 26 that the draw was agreed to? Anyhow, Woodkiller's analysis seems right.

Of course, if I was vs. a 2000+ player, I might not trust myself either, but, in terms of being objective, with good play you'll win. Sorry for not analysing now, but I don't really wish to as I said before.

Usually a player has to make a move and then offer draw, here white offered a draw on your turn. Strange that white didn't want to go for 27.cxd5 gxf3 28.dxc6 1-0

the last move for all Pawn move G5-G4 was the move I was thinking of playing and No accepting his Draw C4 was the move that I accepted the draw. G4 was my thought what if I didnt accept it.

While 26. g4 wasn't ideal, this line still gives promise - 28. gxf2+ 29. Kg1 f3 and those passed pawns are dangerous and material is even.
