Playing against an engine with take-backs

Sometimes i'll play against an engine set very high (but not all the way), and allow myself take-backs just to see if i can win at all. So anyway, here's a game i just played against stockfish set to 2500 (not sure how accurate the rating is, probably not very, but its certainly way higher than i could ever hope to beat legitimately). the variations were not played in the game, but were some post-game analysis i did very quickly where houdini showed a significantly stronger move (of course set to full strength). i did not save the moves i made and then undid so sorry i can't share that.

My primary reason for posting this however is whether or not anyone thinks this is a good or bad practice exercise? I did try not to blitz out my moves, and didn't just guess and check everything, tried to calculate to a mate at the end before playing anything. But i think its an interesting game anyway, and i've typed way too much for what should have been a simple post so adieu!
