I don't understand why you trade your bishops on c6 and f6. There doesn't seem to be a positive reason for you to do this.
IIt seems to me that this game ended in a draw because both players are very passive. You should be looking for active things to do. Trade some pawns! Keep your pieces on the board! Make your army work together!
