Please Help, I won but I made a lot of mistakes

I won this game, but I feel I should have and could have done a lot better. I'm playing black in this game, and caught white in a pressure wave. Even though I applied constant pressure until the checkmate, I still feel I got lucky somehow. Could you please help point out my mistakes?
