I don't know or use the e 4 d6 and all that stuff, but I will share a few things. I have been playing chess for a long time, I've probably played 50.000 games of chess, and I'm still not that good, however I have learned a few things. try and never move until you know what your opponent can do, sounds easy but its actually really hard. The more chess you play the easier this becomes. And the other is be more aggressive than defense. Defensive makes sense but aggressive wins more games. Good luck and thanks for the post.
Game review
I don't think I can accurately comment on what exactly i was thinking on each move. But, all I can say is I'm more of a slow paced slot chess player I like think hard on my moves and might sound cocky but I also overthink on what the opponent might do steps ahead. But, this game is absolutely chaotic it feels like all my opponent was trying to do was to Eliminate every piece that's in front of him as fast as possible. This kind of play completely destroyed my rhythm causing me to make blunders and and absolute depression for this match. I was rather ashamed and flustered at the non stop attack and killings of my pieces. So if anyone can tell me what i have done wrong and how i can improve as well as was the desperate recovery i tried was worth it. I would really appreciate it.

very rare long castle brilliant move
How can I find a move like 7... e5? When is it a good idea to push e5 after c5, or vice versa.
There a quite a few mistakes I see related to pawn pushes. Can you identify some main theme I’m missing? Or see any other general weaknesses?
