Point problem

Hi, recently I played a match, before the game I had 1002 points and my competitor had 1411 points and was a premium member, the time was setted to 10/0

I was front in game and had much time but his time was going to be ended and he was going to lose, but he disconnected just in few seconds before time gets finish and right after time finished he backed. the game was overed and I won the game but there was no changes in his points or neither mine.

the only probability which came to my mind was he did it deliberately and he knew this will happen.

my question is why this happened and the points didn't change while I won a person with more than 400 points higher than me.
