Unfortunately, I'm not aware that ANYBODY accepts your implied definition of "brilliant". You imply that a game cannot be considered "brilliant" unless each move (past the immediate opening) is Stockfish's top choice.
That would mean that people like Paul Morphy, Mikhail Tal, Bobby Fischer and Garry Kasparov have never played a "brilliant" game, since none of their complicated, tactical victories gets 100% approval from Stockfish.
... and what happens when a new improved version of Stockfish gets released, and games are re-evaluated based on the new engine's calculation? Some moves formerly considered "best" will no longer qualify as top choices, and "brilliant" games will no longer be "brilliant"?
I doubt that many people (and certainly, not many chess players) will accept your definition.
