Sometimes we just can't find a way to finish a beautiful attack construction... we can be in a hurry, emotions can begin to cloud our minds a bit, we can get frustrated with our opponent's defence or counters... but it is the time for us to try to stay calm and find a way finish it off or at least keep the advantage and go from there with new plans.
From move 20 onwards, there were a couple of paths to glory, but going after the Queen took away a lot of your focus off the grand prize, I think. At moments like that, GMs aways recommend we look for strong, forcing moves. It's time to make every one of them a difference maker
Another Rook on the table. The trap here worked perfectly, with f5 coming sweet as the "ultimate" blocking move to prevent my Queen from getting inside the King's room.
Just played this game tonight against Velociraptor bot. Saw a combination where I could pin the dinosaur’s knight after my knight was taken, and it worked out nicely! (The bot blundered and I took its queen.)
