Keep on looking for checks, captures, and attacks. On several occasions you missed checkmates in the endgame. You have to look forward into the future for better opportunities. When it came to captures you missed a free pawn several times and many tactics which were difficult to spot so I don't blame you for missing those. Not only that you have to stop giving away pieces. For ex: on the 12th move you gave away a pawn without paying attention. Look at the board before every move you make to diminish the amount of blunders you'd make. This game wasn't bad and was in fact pretty good for your elo range but if you want to go up higher you must fix these mistakes.
Just another quick tip: learn and opening or 2 for each color. At your level actual openings are very rarely played so you'll definitely be able to get a much stronger position and central dominance from the start by learning one.
