Not mine, but I once saw a screenshot of a game where a guy was playing with a rook — and only a rook — against a queen and several pawns, and his opponent promoted a pawn to a second queen without noticing that he was threatening an elementary king and rook mate.

The result: a final position where one black king and one black rook checkmated the white king by themselves, despite White having two queens + another pawn ready to run down the board and become a third queen. In an endgame with a completely open board.

I wish I could have saved that screenshot. It was so hilarious. "Tunnel vision" doesn't even begin to describe something like that.

I just won with 2 blunders, and my adversary did a brilliant move

I have a memory of back-rank mating someone who was slaughtering me up to that point but I think it was in an account I closed. Blundered Queen and I was myself one move away from mate...

Just for the record, in my game above opening with f3 was a mouse slip. I intended the Bird opening. It completely destabilized me.
