i think i should be rated higher than 400 but i havent really played on here that much. my rating in chess club at school is 988 but also literally everyone there is better than i am so,,,

also i didnt annotate because i dont think that much while i play. just sorta go with my gut

Are you black or no i also just go with my gut but you also have to think atleast ATLEAST 3 moves ahead dont have to analise all the moves just the one you think you opponent will do

So for a 400 game you recovered nicely. The queen trade was a bit out there but you did get back 2 additional minor pieces. Before I answer this question you need to answer my question because it will determine the answer I give. Do you want to play chess for fun or try to compete competitively?

As black or white try to take your half of the board. makes moving pieces easy try to castle. bots play odd chess. person will try to cramp up your position and you need positional understanding which we beginners don't have. great game overall.

at least you know how to move pieces that's a thing to be proud of, cuz I always forget about how stupid bishops move and take my queen😭

2.Qf6 and 3.Bd6 didn’t really follow opening principles, and white could have played 4.e5 to win your bishop. But a Komodo that could blunder its queen on move 9 was unable to find it. After winning the queen you converted easily. Maybe you can play a stronger bot?
