You have few basic problems in your play ( as i see it ) .
First problem is central control, in opening moves you need to focus and get central control or deny opponent from getting central control and after that central peon push. Second problem is a development of your pieces. In opening moves you need to develop all ( or most of your pieces ) so you can then attack your opponent.
Move 7. ... a6 is bad cos your are not working on central control and development. Good move was e6 or even e5 with both moves you are getting central control and allowing bishop development and after that castling
Move 11. ... Re5 again you are not working on central control or deny white of d5 push ( central peon push ) or developing and getting ready to castle you need e6 or e5 to allow your bishop to develop
Moves 16-19 You pieces are not in good positions so u have only one or two ( rook and queen ) moves that you can use to attack . When you make good developing moves, and castle you will have more resources to use to attack or defend .
Other then this you have some calculation mistakes that you need to work on also
I really enjoyed this game recently. If anyone has any comments or suggestions I would be most grateful. I played black.
