Firstly, you played a good game against a stronger player. The most obvious suggestion is to play on longer. You are a pawn up. The backward pawn may not seem much use now, but if black needs to take the pressure off the e-file due to threats elsewhere, you may be able to push it to undemine c4. If white tries to prevent this with f5, you have another target there. The endgame may be difficult but white should be able to eke out a win.

yes a bit plus he had a 45 min advantage to that point with offering him it but i have a bad track record with him he used to be 155 160 in his younger days
here is a game i played last night in the summer tournement can any one high rated sugest any improvements i played the end game badly and i think i made too many consessions end game was most unsatisfactory as well what do you think
