R+N vs R+B Final: Again poor play

How should I have played this final (from 25 onward), which seemed won for me?

What should be my strategy? Where is the fundamental error?

I think around move 45, forget about grabbing pawns, you have plenty. Just try and sort out your king and consolidate.

51. Rh4 looks strong? Threatening removal of the defender and queening of the e pawn. If Rg1 then Ne2.

Thanks Scott: indeed 51.Rh4 seems strong.

When you say "sort out your king" what do you mean? Is his position not confortable? What would be ideal position for king?

And "consolidate", what does that actually mean?
