the king can't go anywhere, but isn't in check either. if it moves up then the rook gets it. it can't even get into the g file, because of the rook. it can't take the rook, because of the knight and it can't take the pawn because the pawn protects it - ergo stalemate. very simple

one checkmate would've been g3 check, the king has to go to h3, then your king needs to get out of the way, else it's stalemate again. so king to f1, he takes the h pawn and then you put the rook into the h-file. checkmate, because kings can't touch and the opponents king has no moves left

Just to clarify, if the king isn't in check, and has no legal move, but Black has another piece that can move, then that wouldn't be stalemate (seen that confuse people too). So in this case, the Black king is fortunate that he is alone.
