Scorpion Pawn structure?

I have been scrolling through, and I found this very interesting pawn structure duringmy opening study. What do you think?

lol @General-Mayhem.

In the position you posted, the doubled pawns are good because the f4 and e5 pawns prevent black's break, e5.

It is not like a normal scorpion, but just get a basic drawing of a scorpion

Not quite sure whether this is applicable. 
But In the classical Nimzo-Indian, there is a line that oleg romanishin used frequently. This structure might appear in one of those games, although the bishop is not fianchettoed in comparision to the posted diagram where is probably would have been.  

d4 nf6 c4 e6 nc3 Bb4 Qc2 d5 xd5 Qxd5 Nf3 Qf5.
