Shortcut to allow engine to take extra move

There is a shortcut that helps figure out the point of an engine's move. What it does is to tell the engine to make another move without it's opponent taking his/her turn.
I don't remember the shortcut or any other way to access this. I have Chessbase 17 and Fritz 17.
Does anyone know the shortcut? Thanks.
