I would get the b-pawn, because you still have the move Ng5, threatening two pawns at a time. Furthermore do I think that black has more counterattack when he has three pawns on the queen side.

 

You can create an effective blockade for the king with the knights on white squares. Black can do nothing to stop that (White could also play Nd2 instead of Ne5 on his way to c4.
