Software to analyse ENTIRE matches?

Hi!, I'm using right now "SCID vs PC", loaded with that free old version of Komodo (8 I think) [back in the matches for the world championship someone in the chat suggested that as the best "positional" one).

As I click in the annotate button I follow this parameters:

Depth per move: 15

Blunder Threshold: 1.0

 Cut off Threshold: 5.0

Add scores: All moves

Add variations: When move is not the best

Side: All sides.

Score format: +1.5

Add anotator tag

The rest of the options are blank.

I'm wondering if that's the best one, and/or which one (and with what settings!) should I really use to help me get the games in the right way of variations.

I usually lose A LOT of tempo during my "real" matches and I'm wanting some help in the "is this what I should really do" department. T__T

PS: Specially thinking  that my "day" elo is about the ~1600, which is in NO WAY AT ALL my "REAL" ELO, considering that my TACTICS "ELO" is the most suitable score right now and I have it at 1290.
