Software to Study Positions with others over the Internet

I'm seeking out a software (preferably free) where I can go over any given position with a friend over the internet.  We might be looking over a game we played at a tournament or I might want to load up a position free of PGN so I'll need to be able to set up the board from scratch at a moment's notice.  Either player should be able to move at anytime as we are going through an analysis and not bound by the forces of illegal moves.  Something like chess.com's arrow building like seen in the videos and its analysis tool would be great!

Has anybody found such a fantastic program or tool?

Can you connect with two suscribers of Chessbase via the internet so that both are looking at the same screen with interactive tools?  If so great!  Is there a freeversion of this software?
