Sound Sacrifice??

In the game below I played a sacrifice giving me two strong central pawns (one of them which is passed) and therefore an attack there. I was playing against a fairly low- rated chess player, so he/ she blundered several times giving me a positional and material advantage (eventhough I did end up winning on time instead). I was wondering if I was playing against a stronger player, could my attack have been defended or was my sacrifice sound.
