here is a game i played on satuarday the time controls 36 move in 90mins and 30 mins finish i used 116 he used 15

kidnap

when you captured 8...cxd4 then he could have also hitted it with his c pawn rather than the knight, making his center strong.

the next move proved this point as his e pawn was isolated and was a weakness

he also opened up one of the center files for the rook..

kidnap

instead of moving   17 Rf2 he could have moved it to e1 so that the knight could not be a threat.

kidnap

you also made a mistake

instead of playing 18.... bc4 you could have taken his rook with your knight.

kidnap

i dont understand why did he give his knight on the 29 th move?????

kidnap

you could have finished of his game::

33...gxf4 and after that taking the g3 pawn also.

i think he was thinking the pawn centre was too strong and probably stronger than rook takes

i htink my big error was instead of Bx d8 rxd8

i am still not sure if Kf2 is better than Kh2 well actully it is better but does he escape

bigmac30

the thing i did well was peg him down, slowly stoped him from playing limited his counter play till the end where he started to play very rash

Another game with your opening is: 1/2-1/2, Amesz Jaap (NED) - Kumin Simon, Rimavska Sobota (Slovakia), 1996

That game ended in a draw.

4 ... Qa5 would be the better move from there.

what apealed to me of be4 was if he takes i have a centralized night one4 which i can eialy protect

bigmac30

i did think about 0 0 0 but the king is a bit open castling was probebly better

bigmac30

i am suprized that qc1 wins because i thought it was totally teid up to defence

bigmac30

also if he takes the bishop e4 then he serverly blunts his attacking options mabee this ok because he lacks a lot of space throught the game
