Hey nice game. :) You should post the ratings of both players in the game, that's always interesting info (if you have it.)

More aggressive for White is 22.f4.  22.Kh1? takes away the protection of the f pawn.

Or 22...fxe4, threatening 23...Rxf2

Stronger seems to be 23...fxe4 (instead of 23...Qxh4) 24.Qxe4 Rxf2, controlling the 7th rank.

Simpler seems 24...Qxg3 (instead of 24...Qh5) and  25...fxe4, winning a pawn or taking the 7th rank with Rf2 later.

I think I would have played 26.fxe4 (instead of 26.f4) Rxe4 27.Raf8

After 29.h4 g5, perhaps best is 30.Kh2 (note 20.hxg5??) since 30...gxh4?? loses to 31.Qxf3!.  If 30...Qxg2 31.Rxg2 Bf3 32.Rgg1 may hold for White.  The game has opposite colored Bishops, which may lead to a draw even if Black has a few more pawns.

I'm pretty new here, but I saw this thread and wanted to jump in. Nice job in your game. Here is one that I played that fits with your theme of positional squeeze leading to tactics. Here, Black allows me to trap his Bishop early, which leads him to playing the game effectively a piece down! I hope you enjoy it.
