Won cuz Rf7 is a one move blunder. Tactics trainer time for your opponent.
Things are pretty even up until 29....Qa3 where black trades pawns unsuccessfully.

It does not matter how many mistakes you make. What matters is how many blunders you make. The one who makes the last blunder always loses the game.

Good game, but your opponent didn't play very well. I think 17...Nxb4 was already innacurate. Should've moved the queen back towards the center immediately or prepare an attack on the central pawns.
The b pawn wasn't going to queen anyway, black was better to let white play b5 and waste a move while activating the knight without losing a tempo.
The e5 pawn was going to be taken if you play for the center or attack d3. Maybe just f6 or even Bxb4 instead of Nxb4 or moving the queen back.
