I just found a study on LiChess that has 23 of these games in PGN format. https://lichess.org/study/QhP4912c
16. Rb1? is a mistake, as is 16...Bxh2+? however the big blunder is 18.Kg1?? which was played impulsively. "It looked too dangerous to go out to 18.Kg3" he said after the game. He might have found that was the best move if he had taken the time.
18...Nxf2? lets White off the hook.
Game ends in draw by repetition.
