This is not checkmate?

I was playing against Nelson(white) at the end of the game the pieces on the board were positioned this way:
White King on h1
Black Pawn on h2
Black Tower on f2
Black King on g5
It was white next move
The computer gave me a draw, why?
I don’t understand, the king can’t move without being eaten

That’s right, if the king cannot move and u don’t have any different pieces. That’s a rule )
