Who is Winning?
Trick Question >:P
White has too many extra bishops, even though black has material advantages but won't be able to attack white's king.
So i would say white is winning.
Black
In that case White is not winning (any Black knight moving to the fourth rank would trigger White being in stalemate and Black should make that move if White is winning after Black sacrifices a Knight for a Pawn).
So the question is really whether or not Black is winning. Black has more valuable material but eight fewer pieces and any attempt by Black to break through would necessitate sacrifices. My gut feeling is that Black does not have enough material to break through White's defenses and trying to do so could lead to a White win.
Black plays a Knight to the fourth rank and stalemates White to escape with a draw.

Correct. It's stalemate. Nobody is winning it's a draw lol
