You need to be on the lookout for tactical shots. In game one, 16 Qxd7! is one such move. 18 Nxf6+ is another. In game 2, 14 Rxb7 is a free pawn, while 15 Rfe1! is another tactical shot.
Two chess games for the community to look over

Hmm....
In Game 1, I think I see why 16. Qxd7 is a good move. Playing such would provoke Black to do Qd8xd7, which I would then follow up with 17. Nd5-f6+
18. Nxf6+ I don't understand. Yes, it's a check, but Black would respond with Qd8xf5... Would this be followed by 19. Rd1-d8 or 19. Qg4-g7+ ?
In game 2, I understand that 14 Rxb7 is a free pawn, but that would be met with loss of the rook... It might have been better to play 14 Qxa7, IMO.
17. Yes, Rfe1 would have been a great move.
Thanks for the advice!

Hi everyone,
I have two chess games here for the community to look at. I am playing white both times, against the Chess.com computer on Easy difficulty. My commentary is in the move list.
First game: Loss
Second game: Win
Thanks,
