You use the pgn file link and then you can paste it into whatever program you use.
You can paste the pgn file text into a forum question if you use the chessboard icon (above on the top left) and follow the instructions.

Thanks. What programmes are best ? And what's a pgn ( I'm new )
.pgn is a format for writing a text file for recording a chess game that many programs (like the one here at chess.com) can read. First thing is to find the "Get PGN" link when you are looking at one of your past games. Then save and try to open the file with notepad or some text file reader.
I don't really know what is currently best. I use an old version of Fritz that is still pretty good. There are many threads on the forum about chess engines. I don't think you necessarily want the "world's strongest" engine, like Houdini, or whatever is the strongest this week, because you still need a base program to run them, display your games and so on. (called a UCI)
How do I download the visual game after copying my moves ?
