The exact same position is repeated on moves 40, 42, and 44. Draw by definition; just needs to be claimed, which one of you clearly did.

I didn't think this was enough reps for a draw but maybe I'm wrong? I know I have had glitches on this site the other way where it should have been draw on reps...
