In game analysis its impossible to get accuracy 100.0. I think the max is 99.7. I got it in one of my games. (You need to analyze the game. I will post the link if you want me to.)

Is this correct? Why is it impossible to get 100 accuracy?

Is it because some of the moves are book moves?

I think it is because there are many types of computers, so you cant play all of them
