I know this game is not between two grand masters but I was playing against a better opponent, what do you think about the counter attack?

The game ended when you played Kf1?? Which loses instantly

at the end of move 19 ,white could have claimed draw by repetition.That could have been tragedy for black since black was in dominant position that time.

He doesn't need your premission - you repeated the same position 3 times, so he could have claimed a draw. It is funny that instead of that he played 20. Kg3 which allowd an instant mate by 20... Qg4#.
