What did I miss?

I decided to play a game and write down why I made my moves, because usually I just get a bit confused as I look at it afterwards and don't have any idea why I made my moves (well, sometimes that happens three seconds after my move as I realize I just sacrificed my rook unintentionally... ). Yes, I know I won this game, but I don't have any other game with even closely as many notes attached to it.. Please remember that these notes were added during the game, so I haven't corrected any of the errors I see now.

7. ... e4 wins a piece(discovered attack); Why not just take the night on move 16? :) Otherwise, very well played!

I would love it if Live Chess eventually had an annotation function so you could annotate while you play. I've mentioned it, but nothing so far.
