Those points are called centipawns. Basically +1 means white has an advantage that is equal to one pawn, not necessarily meaning that white has more material. -1 means that black has an advantage of one pawn. Generally more than 0.8 means relatively winning position, more than 1.3 winning, more than 2 means decisive advantage

When I analyse a game each move get a "rating" for example 1. e4 gets +0.16. What does this mean and which name does this feature have?
