What is the configuration that Chess Forge uses in the evaluation engine?

I was looking for software to run an evaluation engine with stockfish, I found one called Curse Forge. And I was curious what settings you use in the stockfish engine, since only these few options appear, I ask if the analysis settings I want are not the ones Chess Forge uses.
