I think bringing my rooks out early is a highly effective and advantageous strategy that led me to win this game. What do you think?

You should develop Knights and bishop castling and controlling the center before this

Practically, it worked out for you, but it wasn't your rooks that won you the game, it's that your opponent didn't develop any of his pieces or play principledly at all.

At this rating, perhaps.

Learn a real opening. I am not Italian, but the Italian opening is good. You played well, but your way of play is not what made you win it is your opponent’s bad play. You need to start practicing how to see hanging pieces/free to take pieces. When you learn the Italian make sure you understand the moves not memorize, understand!

I don't understand how those two players got to have such terribly terrible ratings. Maybe they lost constantly or nonstop.
