As you'll see from this game, I'm not so good at chess. I need help. You can analyze this game, that will definitely help me out, but I'm really looking for a two things:
1. Where was my last chance to win?
2. Where could I have drawn?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

37. Rc7 would have won the Black knight with just enough time to stop the Black a pawn from queening.

The only way to get better is to continue playing and analyzing your games. Looks like you're doing both. Good luck.

b5 then Bc1 is where it all starts to go wrong - you're winning before b5, just look at that horse! and those c- pawns - just double up on the c- file and take them, and then push your queenside pawns.

maybe play f4 first to stop his kingside play

personally I would prefer q-c3 instead of the rooks. U immediately win the c pawn and then the pressure on the e and a pawns will be increased. And yes after b5 u are basically lost with accurate play.
