It's quite complicated to find because computers can not find the solution.
Fritz, Shredder, Houdini, Ribka have not found even after a week of reflection
I'd capture the rook with my queen, followed by protecting the pawn with the bishop, seeking to checkmate the king by then advancing that pawn. Problem with that is that the knight can move in front of the pawn after taking the queen.
