Wrong answer. You cannot win the game as its stalemate.

You have only been here for nine days. If it's also your ninth day playing chess overall, probably the idea of stalemate is foreign to you.

The black king cannot make a legal move, so the game is over. Still, white has not checkmated black. So the game is a draw.

If the king goes up, the queen would still be aiming at him since queens can also go diagonally.
It's a stalemate, the king has no legal moves but is not in check. Your queen on h1 stops the king from going "up."
