Why is this move "Brilliant"?

I'm wondering why the engine rates this move as "brilliant". I understand what brilliant means and when the engine classifies a move as brilliant. I want to know why this move in particular was so good in the eyes of the engine.

I have Lucas Chess downloaded, but any depth beyond 15 takes an unreasonably large amount of time. I have no idea how the difference in time is so big between it and chess.com's analysis. Is there a chess analysis engine available for download that can analyse games in great depth in a reasonable amount of time?

I have the same problem, I'm playing on a cheap HP Chromebook, it has almost no processing power. I found an online site that uses stockfish as the engine and it's pretty fast on my weak PC. I just found it today trying to analyze the controversial "brilliant move."
