Zugzwang? I fail to understand.
It means that the opponenent has no play..His pieces cannot move anywhere......

Come on Master Tony, you should not have expected him to think that you would know the term zugzwang, just because your title is right there next to your name.
Yes, I believe that this position is not called Zugzwang, it should instead be called "Black is Screwed."
Zugzwang describes a situation where one player is put at a disadvantage because he has to make a move – the player would prefer to pass and make no move. The fact that the player must make a move means that his position will be significantly weaker than the hypothetical one in which it were his opponent's turn to move.
The last diagram is easier to understand without the knights and g-pawn on the board. In Dutch it would be 'zetdwang', meaning forced move (being forced to move).
I am talking about the Space advantage which, white was having in the middlegame and black was not able to penetrate into his camp.
Aha, I see. Space advantage...not zugzwang.
I just stylishly post the title as The Zgzwang Game...
This is the game between Gelfand - Wang Yue in the recent Kings Tournament..
