What part are you talking about? On which move?
If he plays 10)...Qg6 and you win the queen by 11) Re8+ Qxe8 12) Bxe8 Kxe8 which puts you two minors pieces and a rook for a queen, it's definitely playable, although his lack in develop may be his Achilles heel,it's not down-right losing.

If instead 5. Bb5, you would have pinned the Queen. Game over.
Nf5? it is Nf3 I can't play Nf5!

No, your "mating line" was far from forced; whereas 5.Bb5 (or in fact, Bb5 on any of the next couple of moves) would have won the queen instantly.
Looks like Black didn't know his Center Counter very well. Much better is ...Qe5+ followed by ...c6 and then the immediate ...Qc7, or just avoid the Patzer altogether and do ...Qa5. I kind of prefer the Marshall Gambit (2...Nf6) to ...Qxd5, though.
