Black was winning until 33...Kf8?? which allows a draw. And then he blundered mate in one with 35...Kd8 instead of 35...Kf8 which forces White to take the repetition.
10.Nfd2 is a bad error - 10.Nc3 should leave White with some advantage. You moved the same piece twice and blocked another piece; this is not a good sign. Actually the plan of f2-f4 just leaves your remaining Bishop in a bind.
16.a4 is losing - instead of 16...Bh6? Black wins with 16...fxe5 which wins at least two pawns, as both recaptures drop a piece.

This was a really crazy game. I played very poorly, until move 29, when I chose to play Nc5+ instead of capturing his queen, which got him in a mating net. Enjoy!
